Closing Down Sale – Returns Policy

As DG Paws is closing down, all products purchased during our Closing Down Sale are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits for change of mind, including incorrect size, colour or product selection. Please carefully check product descriptions and sizing guides before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you. Contact us via email: info@dgpaws.com.au.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with your consumer rights.

As we are closing down and stock is limited, we are unable to guarantee replacements or exchanges. By placing an order during our Closing Down Sale, you acknowledge that all change-of-mind sales are final.
