Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase for your paws friend but if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please see our policy’s below.

RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind or not satisfied with your DG Paws product we are happy to assist with a store credit or exchanging your product if we are notified 14 days after receiving your order.

To start the process of any exchange or store credit please contact us at info@dgpaws.com.au with your receipt or proof of purchase and what you are requesting. We will instruct you on how and where to send your package and a request for an exchange we need to receive the original goods back before replacement product is sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All items to be returned and a full refund will be issued. When returning an item all postage and packaging costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed and re-delivery fee will be charged.
We highly recommend returning product/s via Australian Post with a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us when being returned.

DAMAGED/ FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY
Whilst we hope this never happens but if you do receive a damaged or faulty good please contact us immediately. Please send through order number, details of the issue and photos to info@dgpaws.com.au so we can assist and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Any damaged or faulty items we are happy to replace or offer a refund.
