Orders to New Zealand are expected to take 5 business days.
Orders to any other Country are expected to take 5-12 business days.

Shipping Policy

DG Paws are not to be held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to late deliveries. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office and is returned to us undelivered we will need to pass on the postage charge to send your package again. 

Due to Covid-19 Australia Post are currently experiencing an increase in delivery delays.

At present, delivery times may be greater than our usual 5-10 business days.
